Order Processing
Your order will be ready for shipment in 1-2 business days.
From the beginning of November to mid-January, expect a slight delay in order processing due to high volumes.
Order confirmations and Tracking e-mails
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please note: once an order is placed, no changes can be made. If you're looking to return a product, please fill in the return form in the Kamik Return Portal.

Shipping
All shipments are shipped via UPS Ground service and USPS. UPS package deliveries can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and only to physical addresses. USPS now delivers to PO boxes. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.
Shipping flat fee:
- 8$ for orders below 99$ for the following states/regions: VT, ME, NH, MA, NY, CT, RI, PA, OH, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV, MN, WI, MI, IA, IL, IN, Eastern MO, KY, TN, NC, SC, GA, AL, ND, SD, NE, CO, KS, OK, AR, FL, Western MO, MS, LA, Northern TX, WA, OR, MT, ID, WY, NV, UT, AZ, NM, CA, and TX.
- Free shipping for orders above 99$

- VT, ME, NH, MA, NY, CT, RI: 1-2 business days
